We sell financial order!
Who is your customer?
Time poor people earning good money who have no idea where their money is going and want to outsource financial order and transparency. We also work with financial advisers who wish to integrate this service into their business but do not want to resource it.
What was your main goal for purchasing Give Good Email and did we help you achieve it?
We were a new business starting from ground zero with no customers, no email database. We knew email marketing (and all things digital for that matter) were going to be key for us and did not want to get into a situation down the track where things were messy, unstructured with our efforts not rewarded.
We also knew that our client comms needed to be A1 from our first day. We wanted our customers to know right from the start when they hit pay that they had made a good decision by joining our business as a client. Equally so, that our prospects and referral partners saw excellent and targeted content.
What made you decide to go with us over other service providers? We get we’re shit hot, but what was the reasoning for saying HELL YEAH to Give Good Email?

Can you estimate the ROI from your GGE investment?
GGE for us is not about sales. We don’t sell physical products, we don’t have sales or product launches, we don’t ship things and we don’t have a shop front. We are a subscription-based service business. GGE for us is about delivering an exceptional client experience and client retention by delivering engaging and relevant content. What has been the BEST part of Give Good Email?
We wanted to make sure that GGE is not a tool that gets landed in the founders lap to deal with. We handed GGE over to our support team to run and learn from! This has created a lot of fun in the team and provided additional learnings for the them.
